At Chibi Charms, we accept returns and exchanges for items that are incorrect or arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. For our mystery products and other specially marked items, all sales are final except in cases where the items arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please report it with photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available.
