The Chibi Crafter Circle rewards your support with 20% off future merchandise purchases while you qualify. Whether you’re crafting for customers, creating gifts, or building your own collection, your Chibi Charms purchases can help you earn a place in the Circle.
How to qualify
- Shop with the same customer email. Your qualifying merchandise purchases add up across orders.
- Reach $200 over the previous 12 months. You do not need to spend $200 in one order. Existing qualifying purchases within that period count, too.
- Enjoy 20% off future purchases once your membership is active. Use your eligible email at checkout. No code or minimum on each new order is required.
For example: $60 + $75 + $65 in qualifying purchases within 12 months totals $200. Once your membership is activated, the discount applies to future purchases, not retroactively to the orders that helped you qualify.
Qualifying spend is merchandise spending after discounts and refunds, excluding shipping and tax. Cancelled and fully refunded orders do not count.

- Automatic member savings at checkout when you use your eligible customer email.
- An optional private WhatsApp community for collection inspiration, crafting ideas, upcoming drops, and new releases.
Member savings cannot be combined with other discounts. The benefit applies to merchandise, not shipping or tax.
How to keep your benefit
Maintain at least $200 in qualifying merchandise purchases during the previous 12 months. This is a rolling window: as older purchases leave that window, newer purchases help keep your total at $200 or more.
If your qualifying total drops below $200, your member discount ends. You can qualify again when your total reaches $200. Membership is not a permanent discount or a guaranteed full year of savings from the date you join.
Already reached $200?
Membership is checked regularly, so activation may not happen immediately after an order. Newly qualifying customers who are subscribed to our emails receive a welcome email with their membership details and private group invitation. Email subscription and WhatsApp participation are not required to receive the shopping benefit.

Your optional member community
Eligible members can use the invitation in their welcome email to join our private WhatsApp group. Joining the group alone does not activate a discount. Group access is for current eligible members; participation is optional.
What you’ll find in the group
- Collection inspiration with character pairings, coordinating pens, and displays.
- Crafting ideas, sparkle details, and ways to personalize collections for your customers.
- Sneak peeks at upcoming drops and updates when new releases arrive.
- Product and crafting links shared by Sasha or a Chibi Charms administrator.
- A place to ask questions and request DIY supplies, color combinations, themes, or designs for the Chibi SnapCharm™ system.
Our group guidelines
- Be kind and respectful. Encourage one another, welcome questions, and keep feedback constructive. Bullying, harassment, insults, and discriminatory comments are not welcome.
- No selling or self-promotion. Do not sell personal crafts, supplies, destash items, services, or other products in this group. No prices, order-taking, payment requests, “message me to buy” posts, giveaways used to promote a business, or customer recruitment.
- Keep shopping within Chibi Charms. Do not post outside shop links, marketplace listings, affiliate or referral links, or direct members to another website, social account, group, or seller to purchase items. Shopping links shared in the group should point to chibicharms.com. Sasha and Chibi Charms administrators may share relevant educational resources.
- Share inspiration without a sales pitch. You’re welcome to show what you’ve made with Chibi Charms products and ask for ideas or feedback. Leave out pricing, ordering instructions, promotional links, and invitations to buy. You can create for your own customers; selling those items takes place outside this group without recruiting members here.
- Requests are welcome. Tell us which DIY supplies, colors, characters, display themes, or SnapCharm-compatible designs you’d love to see. Requests help guide future ideas, but availability, compatibility, and production must be confirmed before anything is promised.
- Respect members’ privacy. Do not share phone numbers, personal details, or screenshots of member conversations outside the group without permission. Do not use the member list to send unsolicited sales messages or add people to other groups.
- Stay on topic. Keep conversations focused on Chibi Charms, collection crafting, product questions, and relevant inspiration. Please skip spam, chain messages, and unrelated promotions.
- Keep order details private. For an order or account question, email info@chibicharms.com. Please do not post addresses, payment information, or other private order details in the group.
Administrators may remove posts that do not follow these guidelines and may remove members from the WhatsApp group for repeated or serious violations. WhatsApp moderation is separate from shopping-discount eligibility.
