Thank you for shopping with Chibi Charms. We sell craft supplies intended for bead creation and decorative use. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
Items must be suitable for resale

Used supplies, partially consumed items, or items returned in unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Once approved:

Return instructions will be provided
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We do not provide prepaid return labels
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Chibi Charms is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
No restocking fees are applied
Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

Please return the original item following this policy
Place a new order separately

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photos of the item
Photos of the original packaging
Photo of the shipping label

Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

7. International & EU Customers

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom:

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or altered supplies
Items returned without original packaging
Digital products or downloads

9. Allergies & Material Sensitivities

Products may include materials such as resin, metal alloys, acrylic, polymer, silicone, adhesives, or decorative elements.
