Thank you for shopping with Chibi Charms. All orders are packed with care to ensure your items arrive safely. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


1. Shipping Locations

Chibi Charms currently ships worldwide.

  • United States: Orders ship via USPS

  • International: Orders ship via DHL Express

Available destinations are shown at checkout. Shipping availability may be updated at any time.


2. Processing Times

Chibi Charms offers craft supplies and related products.

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays

  • During high-volume periods, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be extended


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

United States (USPS)

Domestic orders ship via USPS using one of the following services:

  • Ground Advantage

  • Priority Mail

  • Priority Mail Express

Delivery estimates provided by USPS are not guaranteed. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delays are outside our control.


International (DHL Express)

International orders ship via DHL Express.

Transit times vary by destination and are estimates only.


4. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International)

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).

  • Duties, VAT, and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout

  • No additional fees should be due upon delivery

  • A 1% international handling fee is applied to cover customs processing

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are permitted in their country.


5. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear


6. Shipping Insurance & Damaged Packages

All orders include shipping insurance.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label

Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.

Claims are handled through the carrier. We will assist with documentation as needed.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows Delivered, Chibi Charms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier

If tracking shows delays or issues, we will assist with a carrier inquiry, but final resolution is determined by the carrier.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Chibi Charms is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays or losses due to incomplete or invalid addresses

Orders cannot be modified after placement.

If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to:

  • Modify shipping addresses

  • Cancel orders

  • Change shipping methods

Please review all details carefully before checkout.


10. Combined Shipping

We may combine multiple orders when possible. Combined shipping is not guaranteed, and any adjustments or refunds are issued at our discretion.


11. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Peak holiday volume


12. Packaging

All orders are packaged securely using appropriate materials. Packaging methods may vary depending on the product.
