What is your return window?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.


What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Items must be suitable for resale

Used supplies or items returned in unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund.


How do I start a return?

Returns can be requested directly through your customer account.

From your account, select the order you’d like to return and follow the return request steps. If you’re unable to access your account, you may also contact us for assistance.


Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge restocking fees.


Are any items final sale?

No. We do not designate items as final sale. All eligible items may be returned within the 14-day return window, provided they meet the return requirements.


Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider.


Are international orders eligible for return?

Yes. International orders are eligible for return under the same 14-day return window.

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, this satisfies the statutory right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Can I return used or partially consumed supplies?

No. Used, altered, or partially consumed supplies are not eligible for return.


What if my return is lost in transit?

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Chibi Charms is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
