When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3 business days from the order date, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Which carriers do you use?
- Domestic (U.S.) orders ship via USPS
- International orders ship via DHL Express

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary based on the carrier and destination.
- USPS (Domestic): Delivery times depend on the selected service and destination.
- DHL Express (International): Transit times vary by country and customs processing.
All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Chibi Charms ships internationally.
Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?
No. International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
Applicable duties, VAT, and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so no additional charges are due upon delivery.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
What if my tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment. If tracking shows no movement after that time, please allow additional time for carrier processing.
If your shipment appears delayed, you may contact us for assistance.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or peak shipping periods are outside our control. We appreciate your patience if delays occur.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If tracking shows Delivered, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.
Chibi Charms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. Please review your address carefully at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order after checkout?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
