What does Chibi Charms sell?
Chibi Charms sells craft supplies used in fancy bead creation. These are the same materials featured in our build videos and live demos, selected through hands-on use and testing.
Supplies include base beads, creation tape, sugar rhinestones, flat-back charms, and bead accessories.
Do you sell finished bead designs or handmade creations?
No. Finished bead designs and handmade creations are not sold through this website.
Any completed pieces created during demos or videos may be sold separately through third-party auction platforms.
What are Chibi Charms supply releases?
Supply releases are additions or restocks of materials used in Chibi Charms build videos and demos. These products are offered as ongoing supplies rather than one-time designs.
How often are new supplies added?
New supplies are added as they become available or when new materials are introduced into the build process. There is no fixed release schedule.
Are these the same supplies used in your videos?
Yes. The supplies sold on this site are the same materials used in Chibi Charms creation content and demo builds whenever possible.
Are the supplies handmade?
No. The items sold on this website are craft supplies intended for use in bead creation. They are not finished or customized pieces.
Can I request custom sizes, colors, or bundles?
At this time, supplies are offered as listed. Suggestions for future products or variations are always welcome, but custom orders are not available.
Do you sell bead mixes or pre-made kits?
Currently, supplies are sold individually by type. Pre-made kits or bundled options may be introduced in the future.
What materials are used?
Supplies may include acrylic beads, polymer components, resin elements, rhinestones, alloy charms, stainless steel findings, and adhesive materials.

No. All supplies contain small parts and are not intended for children. Adult supervision is required, and items should be kept out of reach of infants and toddlers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe listed at checkout. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of craft supplies, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you.
